About Yokohama municipal bus 44 system service company change

Thank you very much for always using the municipal bus.
The 44 municipal bus system will end operating by municipal bus on September 30, 2022 (Friday), and will be changed to service by Sotetsu bus from October 1, 2022 (Saturday). Please note that you will not be able to use the municipal bus line commuter pass on the Sotetsu Bus Hama 44.
Customers who replace a municipal bus commuter pass with a Sotetsu bus commuter pass are requested to refund the municipal bus commuter pass first.

Method

At the counter, please tell us "Refunds for 44 lines".
If you make an offer, you will be refunded the commuter pass at no fee.

※If you make an offer from September 23 to 30th, you will be refunded based on that day.

※If you make a request after October 1, you will be refunded based on the last use date of September 30.

※Subway and bus communication commuter passes will be refunded based on the last use date. The base date for climbing is the same as above.

※Bus common commuter passes are not eligible for "Refunds for 44 systems".

Caution
Matters

  • When refund, please bring a public certificate (license, passport, insurance card, etc.) that can confirm your identity.
  • If you use a mobile PASMO commuter pass, you will not be able to refund at the counter. For this reason, please apply from the "Support / Frequently Asked Questions" on the PASMO website below after September 23.

  • Customers who replace a municipal bus commuter pass with a Sotetsu bus commuter pass are requested to refund the municipal bus commuter pass first.
  • Please note that if you purchase a PASMO commuter pass for Sotetsu Bus first, it will be overwritten on the municipal bus commuter pass and you will not be able to refund.
