Thank you very much for always using the municipal bus.
The municipal bus 44 system will end its operation on the municipal bus on September 30, 2022 (Friday), and will be changed to the operation by Sotetsu bus from October 1, 2022 (Saturday). Along with this, please note that municipal bus commuter passes will no longer be available on the Sotetsu Bus Hama 44 system.
If you are replacing a municipal bus commuter pass with a Sotetsu bus commuter pass, please refund the municipal bus commuter pass first.

Method

At the counter, please tell us "Refund for 44 systems".
If requested, the commuter pass will be refunded at no fee.

※If you make a request from September 23 to 30, we will refund you based on that day.

※If you make a request after October 1, the refund will be made based on the final use date September 30.

※Subway / bus commuter pass will be refunded based on the last use date. The reference date for the retrospective is the same as above.

※Bus common commuter passes are not eligible for "refund for 44 systems".

Matters

  • When refunding, please bring a public certificate (license, passport, insurance card, etc.) that can identify you.
  • If you use a mobile PASMO commuter pass, you will not be able to refund at the counter. Therefore, please apply from "Support Frequently Asked Questions" on the following PASMO website after September 23.

  • If you are replacing a municipal bus commuter pass with a Sotetsu bus commuter pass, please refund the municipal bus commuter pass first.
  • Please note that if you purchase a Sotetsu bus PASMO commuter pass first, it will be overwritten on the municipal bus commuter pass and you will not be able to make a refund.
