About change of various Minato Burari ticket sales place in station premises
As of August 31, 2024, the release of various Minato Burari tickets at the Municipal Subway Station Information Center (manned ticket window) will end. In addition, from September 1, Minato Burari Ticket Wide will be released at Yokohama Station Customer Service Center.

About the end of sales at the station information center (manned ticket gate window)
As of August 31, 2024, sales at the subway station information center (manned ticket gate window) will end. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please use the following sales locations from September 1st.
Release location on the station premises starting September 1

※In Shin-Yokohama, only "Minato Burari Ticket Wide" will be released.

About the launch of Minato Burari Ticket Wide at Yokohama Station Customer Service Center
From September 1, 2024, the Yokohama Station Customer Service Center will also launch the Minato Burari Ticket Wide.
Various Minato Burari tickets will be released at two locations near Yokohama Station, as follows.

- Minato Burari Ticket
- Minato Burari Ticket Wide
- Yokohama Station Customer Service Center

- Minato Burari Ticket Wide (new service started this time)
