As it becomes difficult to secure human resources for bus crew members due to the “2024 problem” and the “decreasing number of large two-type license owners”
In City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau, we are working to secure excellent human resources, but we are working to further strengthen recruitment and prevent job separation.
We carry out new approach from offer on May 1, 2024.

Relaxing age restrictions
The age of bus crew members will be reduced as follows.

Increase in housing allowance
From the bus crew recruitment in September 2024 to the fifth year from recruitment, a housing allowance of 600,000 yen per year (50,000 yen per month / condition) will be provided.
I will pay it. (Current: ¥19,600 per month (excluding [Training Course]))
Bus crew [training course] will be paid from the training period that was not eligible for payment until now.
We will also provide bus crew members who have already joined Transportation Bureau up to the fifth year of recruitment.
New establishment of bus crew (women's frame)
A new bus crew (women's frame) will be established to promote the active participation of women.
For women with large two-type licenses, unlike regular bus crew members (large two-type license holders), the first selection is performed.
It is exempted and easy to challenge.
I don't have any experience! Those who have a large two-type license and are interested in bus crews, those who like driving, and want to get a job in their hands.
