<Bus Crew> To ease employment conditions and improve treatment!

As it becomes difficult to secure human resources for bus crews due to the "2024 problem" and "decrease in the number of large two-class license holders"
City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau is working to secure excellent human resources, but to further strengthen recruitment and prevent job separation.
From the recruitment on May 1, 2024, we will implement a new approach.

Relaxation of age limit
The age of bus crew will be reduced as follows:

Increase in housing allowance
From the bus crew recruiters in September 2024, a housing allowance of 600,000 yen per year (50,000 yen / month with conditions) from recruitment to the fifth year from recruitment
It will be paid. (Current: ¥19,600 per month (excluding [Training Course]))
Bus crew [training course] will be paid during the training period, which was not eligible for payment until now.
The same applies to bus crew members who have already joined Transportation Bureau until the fifth year of employment.
Establishment of bus crew (female frame)
A bus crew (female frame) will be newly established for the purpose of promoting the active participation of women.
For women with large two types of licenses, the primary selection is different from the regular bus crew (large two-class license holders), the primary selection is.
This product is exempted, making it easier to challenge.
Experience does not matter! Those who have a large two-class license and are interested in bus crew, those who like driving, want to get a job in their hands
