Application Guidelines

Duties

Administration in Administration Section, Sales Division, High-speed Railway Headquarters
(1) General affairs related business
  Communication and coordination with facility managers, correspondence between telephone and e-mail, preparation of meeting materials, etc.
(2) Contract-related business (consignment, procurement of equipment, purchase of consumables, etc.)
  Collection of estimates from businesses, preparation of documents related to contracts, payment procedures, etc.
  ※There is input work of Motoichi original system
(3) Transport Statistics-related operations
  Data entry, preparation of various forms, etc.
(4) Sales planning-related business
  Space control related to poster display, flyer placement, etc.
(5) Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
(6) Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Recruitment requirements

All of the following requirements must be met:
(1) Being able to operate a personal computer (mainly Microsoft Word, Excel)
(2) Being able to respond to counters and telephone calls
※Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act

Working conditions

(1) Identity
  General part-time employees based on Article 22-2, Paragraph 1 of the Local Public Service Act

  City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau (19th floor of City Hall) (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
  3-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station on the JR/Municipal Subway
  Directly connected to the 1C entrance of Bashamichi Station in Minato Mirai Line
(4) Appointment period
  From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (FY2025)
  ※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and the results of the proof of competence are good, the Company shall endeavor to do so.
   You may be re-appointed regardless of open call for participants (up to 4 times).
(5) Wages
  243,800 yen per month (addition based on years of service)
  The amount may be revised during the appointment period.
  Commuting allowance and overtime allowance are paid in accordance with separate regulations.
(6) Number of working days
  As a general rule, work 5 days a week (no work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and New Year's holidays (December 29-January 3))
(7) Working hours
  From 8:30 to 17:00 (break time: from 12:00 to 13:00)
(8) Vacation
  There are annual leave and other special leave
(9) Others
  Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association), employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and Welfare Association

  In the case of application by mail, please write in red on the envelope "Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff Selection" and send it by registered mail.

Selection method

[Primary selection: Document selection]
 Selection will be based on the "Entry Sheet (Preliminary Issues)".
 ※We will notify you of the pass or fail of the primary selection by Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
[Second Selection: Interview]
 An "interview" will be conducted for those who have passed the primary screening based on the application documents.
 Date and time: About Wednesday, February 26, 2025 time, we notify primary passer.
 Location: 19th floor of City Hall
 ※1 The final pass / fail will be notified by Monday, March 3, 2025.
 ※2 Those who have passed the final exam will receive physical checkup at a later date.

Others

(1) If it becomes clear that you do not qualify for the exam or that the items on the application form are incorrect, you may be revoked.
(2) Documents submitted in this selection will not be returned.
(3) The personal information provided during this selection will not be used for any purpose other than office work related to selection tests and recruitment.
