In addition to municipal buses, there are buses of private businesses in Yokohama.

Some buses are wrapped with advertisements on the entire surface, but the front is municipal bus color except for some vehicles.

Destination display

There is a destination indication (direction curtain) along with the system number on the front and rear side of the vehicle and next to the entrance.
Not all bus stops will be displayed, so if you are not sure, ask the crew when boarding.

In-vehicle display

In the car, the next stop will be displayed on the display device in front of the car.
In addition, there is an off-vehicle broadcast speaker next to the bus ride door. Here, we provide information on destinations by automatic audio broadcasting.

How to get on

It is a prepayment method for the fare prepaid method by "getting off and off".
Please wait in line and wait at the bus stop.
Multiple lines of buses arrive and depart on one boarding pole.
Please be careful not to make a mistake.

Adults: Cash, IC220 yen, children: It is a uniform fare of 110 yen in cash and IC (most routes).

If you pay for one 500 yen coins and two 10-yen coins, please put two 10 yen coins first.
(If you put the 500 yen coins first, you will get a 280 yen change.)

In addition to PASMO / Suica, transportation IC cards for mutual use throughout the country are available.
Please touch the IC card reader firmly. The fare will be automatically debited.
For smooth operation of the bus, please cooperate with the charge before boarding as much as possible.

Only one-day tickets sold on buses are ICs and mobile only. Please offer to purchase in the car and touch it after the crew has set it.

You can charge PASMO / Suica even on the bus. Please tell the crew the amount to be charged.
You can only charge the amount according to the type of banknote. (Example: 1,000 yen bills only for 1,000 yen, and 2,000 yen for 2,000 yen only)
After making the request, if the screen appears as shown in the figure above, place the IC card in the reading section and insert the banknote in the insert.
For smooth operation, please charge at a station, convenience store, supermarket, etc. before getting on the bus.

Please show it clearly to the crew.
※One-day tickets with no date will be kept by the crew and indicated on the date.

A single note

If you stand in front of the toll box, you start searching for your wallet from your bag or pocket for the first time, you will be in a hurry.
If you prepare a fare from your wallet while waiting for the bus, you will be able to get on with plenty of time.

Please turn off the power of a device that emits radio waves, such as smartphones when it is crowded near the priority seat. In other places, please set to silent mode and refrain from calling. Please use earphones for audio and be careful not to leak.
Also, please refrain from using the smartphone because it is dangerous.
※Congestion time refers to the case where the customer's bodies are so crowded that they can touch each other.

About bringing pets into the car

Pet case

Pet small animals such as small dogs and cats can be brought in only if they are in a complete case.
※Guide dogs and service dogs can be boarded as they are.

Pet cart

Cart type case can also be brought in.
However, if the crew determines that the customer cannot be ensured, such as when the car is crowded, we may refuse boarding.

※Pets cannot be brought in if the pet's head or feet are outside the container.
In addition, pet slings cannot be brought in even with a lid.

Others

The manners inside the car are the same as the bus that you usually use.
