As of March 31, 2024 (Sun), 600 systems (Nakamachidai Station-Toda District Center Care Plaza-Nakamachidai Station) will end service with the end of the demonstration experiment.

Refund method

At the counter, please tell us "Refunds for 600 lines".
If you make an offer, you will be refunded the commuter pass at no fee.

    • Municipal bus commuter pass sales office (Yokohama Station East Exit, Tsurumi Station East Exit, Nakayama Station [North Exit])
    • Municipal bus offices (Wakabadai, Honmoku, Midori Sales Office)
  • Municipal bus and subway commuter pass
    • Customer Service Center (Central Minami Station, Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi, Kami-Ooka Station)
    • Municipal Subway Station Offices

Precautions

  • When refund, please bring a public certificate (license, passport, insurance card, etc.) that can confirm your identity.
  • If you use a commuter pass with mobile PASMO or Apple Pay PASMO, you cannot refund at the counter. For this reason, please apply from the "Support / Frequently Asked Questions" on the PASMO website below after March 22.
