2024 Transportation Bureau staff recruitment selection will change!

Introduction of aptitude Test (SPI)
Based on the selection of all occupations of bus crews, bus mechanics, subway transportation staff, and subway maintenance technicians currently being conducted.
Abolish public servant-type general education test and composition test will be abolished, and aptitude test (SPI), which is often used by private companies.
We have shifted from a selection of knowledge to a person-oriented selection method that determines individual basic qualities, skills and personality that perform their duties, and so on.
We will lead to the recruitment of excellent human resources who will lead the future of municipal transportation.
