Transportation Bureau staff recruitment selection will change in 2024!
Last Updated April 26, 2024
Introduction of aptitude test (SPI)
In the selection of all occupations currently being implemented for bus crews, bus mechanics, subway transportation staff, and subway maintenance technicians.
We will abolish public servant-type general education tests and essay tests, and introduce aptitude tests (SPI), which are often adopted by private companies.
We shifted from selecting knowledge to selecting individual basic qualities, skills to performing work, and personality, etc.
We will lead to the recruitment of excellent human resources who will be responsible for the future of municipal transportation.
