　As the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the government's "Comprehensive Emergency Measures such as soaring crude oil prices and prices during the COVID-19 pandemic" (April 2022) included the provision of "Special Benefit for Child-Rearing Household Life Support for Low-income Child-Rearing Households" was included as a support measure for those in need of living facing soaring prices. Based on this decision, we will start supplying in Yokohama City from Wednesday, June 29.

(1)Those who have received the Child Raising Allowance for April 2022.
(2)Those who have not received the Child Raising Allowance for April 2022 due to receiving public pension, etc.
　(* Limited to those who fall below the Child Raising Allowance's payment limit.)
(3)Those whose income decreased to the level of Child Raising Allowance due to sudden changes in households due to the impact of COVID-19.

(* Newborn babies born from April 2022 to the end of February 2023 are also eligible.)
(4)Those who have been paid by the Child Allowance or Special Child Raising Allowance since April 2022 and who are exempt from the per capita rate for fiscal 2022.
(5)In addition to (4) above, caregivers of eligible elementary school studenｔ (children up to the end of the year when they become 18 years old (under 20 years old for elementary school studenｔ with disabilities) *) who fall under any of the following:
　①　Those who are exempt from inhabitant tax per capita rate for fiscal 2022
　②　Those whose households have suddenly changed due to the effects of the new coronavirus infection and are deemed to be in the same situation as those who are exempt from residence tax

(1)For those who do not need to apply, they will be transferred to Child Raising Allowance's receiving account on Wednesday, June 29.

(2)For (3) and (5), application is required. We accept application from Friday, July 1 and transfer to designated account sequentially after examination.
