Yokohama City Infection Prevention Measures Support Liaison Committee (YKB)

This liaison meeting takes the initials of Yokohama City infection prevention (Yokohamashi, Kansen, Boushi) and is commonly referred to as "YKB".

What is YKB?

The Yokohama City Infection Prevention Measures Support Liaison Committee is a regional network to plan cooperation between medical institutions working on nosocomial infection countermeasures in the city and medical institutions and the government for the promotion of nosocomial infections in the area.

Flyer held by YKB General Meeting in FY2022

On Tuesday, December 20, 2022, the YKB General Meeting of YKB was held.
This time, as a co-hosted with the YKB Secretariat of Yokohama City and 28 YKB participating medical institutions, we conducted local participation at the Yokohama Kannai Hall and online participation via YouTube live streaming, with about 500 people involved.
For the invited lecture, Professor Kenshi Kutsuna of the Department of Infection Control, Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine, was invited as a lecturer to give a lecture on "Imported Infectious Diseases".
