About the person in charge of packaging when sending samples by Yu-Pack
When sending samples from medical institutions to private testing institutions, etc. using Yu-Pack of Japan Post Co., Ltd., the medical institution, etc. is responsible for confirming that they are properly packaged and certifying the “packaging manager” Must be selected.
Based on "Compliance on Packaging when Sending Samples Using a Freight Self-Owner Car Carrier" and "Management Guidelines for Packaging Managers for Samples Sending Using Yu-Pack", at least one person at one facility, Please select the person in charge and notify the city of the notification of the setting (change) of the person in charge of packaging.
Selection of persons responsible for packaging
When selecting a person responsible for packaging, please notify the Health and Safety Division of the Health and Safety Department of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Health and Safety Department without delay.
Note: Related organizations in Yokohama are subject to notification to City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau.
