About recruitment of IHEAT personnel

※The IHEAT Operation Guidelines were revised on June 25, 2024, and an e-mail requesting re-registration has been sent to those who have not agreed with the revised IHEAT.JP Terms of Service. If you have received the e-mail, please check the contents and follow the settings described in the e-mail to complete the procedures such as re-register!

This is a mechanism in which local public health nurses and other professionals support the work of health centers, etc. when infectious diseases spread.
※IHEAT： Abbreviation for Infectious Disease Health Emergency Assistance Team.

Those who have qualifications such as public health nurses and nurses, and who can support public health center operations as Yokohama City staff (fiscal year appointment staff) in the event of a health crisis such as the spread of infectious diseases.

Health observation services for patients with infectious diseases, active epidemiological surveys, etc.

After registering as an IHEAT staff member, various trainings will be conducted, so please attend at least once a year.

●In order to become an IHEAT personnel, you need to register with the IHEAT operation support system.
●Registration as an IHEAT personnel does not guarantee employment as an appointment staff for the fiscal year.
●In order to actually engage in work, it is necessary to be hired as a fiscal year appointment staff (paid) after a screening test (interview, etc.) separately when a health crisis occurs.

In order to become an IHEAT personnel, you need to register with the IHEAT operation support system.
Check the above notes, etc., and follow the registration procedure below.

　≪Flow of Registration Procedures≫
　①Please apply for temporary registration in "Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (outside site)".
　②After confirming the application details, the Yokohama City IHEAT staff will make a temporary registration with the IHEAT operation support system.
　③After temporary registration, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you applied for from the IHEAT operation support system to confirm the temporary registration completion.
　　※It takes about a few days from the temporary registration application to the sending of the temporary registration completion email.
　④When you receive the e-mail for completion of temporary registration, please access the URL described in the e-mail and complete the registration on the IHEAT operation support system.
　　※If this registration is not completed, we will not be able to send you training information.
　　※If there is a change in the registered contents, such as relocation, after this registration, please update the system registration information immediately.
