What is required for the procedure
・Insurance card of the deceased insured (elderly medical care insured card)
・Mourner private seal (using vermilion)
・Documents confirming the name of the mourner and the date of the funeral (funeral receipt, funeral note, etc.)
・Bank's bankbook or account number
