I purchased a treatment device (assistive device). How can I get a refund in the medical system for elder senior citizens?

Treatment equipment (assistive devices) are eligible for payment only if the insurer deems it necessary for treatment in insurance medical treatment.
●Not eligible for payment
(1) Created or purchased for the purpose of daily life, occupation, beauty, etc. It is not used for treatment.
(2) Medical equipment and equipment
(3) The receipt is the name of the product. Off-the-shelf products. Consumption tax is added. It is not made by a prosthetics and orthotics.

What is required for application
・Prescription of insurance physician (certificate, consent form, medical certificate)
(Note) The issuance date must be before the issuance date of the orthosis receipt.
