・Identity Confirmation Documents
　Documents with a face photo issued by a public office such as a driver's license, my number card, passport, etc.
・Power of Attorney (If someone other than the person applies in proxy/agent, proxy/agent identification documents are also required.)
・If an adult guardian has been appointed, a copy of the certificate of entry, etc.
