For those who are eligible for the application, from March to August every year, the Kanagawa Prefectural Elderly Medical Care Wide Area Alliance sends a notice of the application.
However, notice may not be sent to those who have moved in from outside the city during the calculation period (August 1 to July 31, the following day) or those who are special in Address area (insured by the Kanagawa Prefecture Elderly Care System who are in nursing care facilities outside Yokohama City).
