Friendship city exchange planning with Shanghai City / Discussion on COVID-19 infection

Online dialogue by leading experts from both countries regarding COVID-19 infection

To commemorate the friendship city relationship between Shanghai and Yokohama, a Japanese and Chinese doctors held an online "Coronavirus Infectious Disease Prevention debate" online by Japanese and Chinese doctors.
Dr. Yoshito Futaki from Japan and Dr. Fumihiro Cho from China, were invited as experts on infectious diseases.
We have released a video of a dialogue on how to deal with them and future prospects in both countries.

Donation of medical supplies between Yokohama and Shanghai due to the spread of COVID-19.

In response to the spread of COVID-19 since January 2020, Yokohama City and Shanghai City were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a friendship city, we have cooperated with each other, such as giving medical supplies such as masks.
In order to respond to the shortage of masks in the city, we also procure supplies utilizing our network with friendship cities.
