In 2017, we celebrated the 60th anniversary of the sister city partnership between Yokohama and San Diego (United States) and the 40th anniversary of the sister city partnership with Constanza (Romania). 2 The anniversary project with the sister city has been completed successfully with the cooperation of many people.
