Last summer, the heat was enough to be announced by the Japan Meteorological Agency that "the heat is at risk of life and recognizes it as a disaster", and the number of emergency transport personnel due to heat stroke in Motoichi increased significantly compared to usual Did.
In order to encourage citizens to take more measures to prevent heat stroke, this year's co-creation project with Japan Post Co., Ltd. will continue to use summer postcards (hereinafter "Kamome-ru"), which are close to us. We carry out approach that utilized. The reason for the co-creation project was to be implemented as a public-private partnership through a proposal for the theme-type co-creation front (*) "PR in Fire Bureau and raising awareness of disaster prevention among Blanding and citizens." The co-creation business with Japan Post Co., Ltd. started in 2016, and this is the fourth year of this year.

※ Theme-type co-creation front
A mechanism that shows the theme from Yokohama City to the private sector and recruits proposals and ideas for public-private partnership projects for that theme.
