In preparation for the large-scale international events (7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development, Rugby World Cup 2019 TM, Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games), it is assumed that a terrorist disaster has occurred in buses carrying many foreign tourists, etc. Conduct joint training.
