Yokohama City is working on raising awareness of fire prevention and disaster prevention for children who are the leaders of future regional disaster prevention. In 2017, the fire department and nursery school cooperated to devise a character "Kids fire brigade" for children, and conducted educational activities by creating music and dance videos and story-telling stories based on the kids fire brigade as a motif. going.
