As the number of large cruise ships calling and the size of container ships are increasing, April 1, 2019 (Monday) ), "Water Fire and Rescue Unit" was born.
This will enable the rescue crew of the rescue squad and fire boat crew members to work together to strengthen their ability to respond immediately to disasters in the Yokohama Port area and other areas.
In order to let citizens know the birth of this new unit, we will hold the "starting ceremony" as follows.
