Co-creation Front

We have established the “Co-creation Front” as a point of contact for private businesses to consult and propose public-private partnerships.
As for suggestion that we had, co-creation promotion section acts as bridge between everybody and each city hall department and performs examination and adjustment for realization.

There are two forms of co-creation front, "themed co-creation front" and "free co-creation front".

It is a mechanism that shows the theme from Yokohama City to the private sector and recruits proposals and ideas for public-private partnership projects for that theme.
　▶ List of themes being recruited (updated from time to time)

There are two patterns for the purpose of recruitment.

　We are recruiting both proposals and ideas for public-private partnerships on the theme and cooperation companies.

In order for Yokohama City to determine policies and specifications for future projects, etc., we will only recruit proposals and ideas for public-private partnerships on themes.
We do not recruit cooperation companies.

Please refer to the list of themes currently being recruited and list required items on the proposal sheet (word: 20KB).
Please send it to the department in charge of each theme.
It is also possible to attach a separate plan, materials, etc.

We will have a dialogue with the proposer at the responsible department that presented the theme and the Co-creation Promotion Section.
As a result of the dialogue, we will proceed with adjustments for realization and project implementation for those determined to be feasible.
In order to realize this, the content of the proposal and the results of the dialogue will be determined.
・Based on the proposal, implement projects in cooperation with the proposer
・We conduct examinations and selections for proposals and select and narrow down collaborators.
・With reference to the proposal, carry out procedures such as open recruitment to determine the project implementer again.
Please note that there are multiple methods such as this.

It is a mechanism that allows private businesses to freely propose business ideas that wish for public-private partnerships with Yokohama City regardless of the theme.

Please check the notes on the entry form (external site) and fill in the required items before sending it.
The person in charge will contact you at a later date.

In addition, from the "Yokohama City Financial Visualization Dashboard (outside site)", you can make a proposal to the co-creation front while referring to the budget and finances in each administrative field.
※About "Yokohama-shi financial visualization dashboard"
　It was released in September 2022 to convey the budget and financial information of Yokohama City in an easy-to-understand manner. Unlike the conventional budget publication, it has features such as being classified according to administrative fields such as child care, education, disaster prevention, and infectious disease control, and making it easier to get to the information you want to know by keyword search. By adding a public-private partnership proposal function to this page, private businesses and others can make proposals to the co-creation front while referring to the budget and finances in each administrative field.

The Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement is to receive proposals from private businesses through the co-creation front and conclude a comprehensive cooperative relationship with Yokohama City.
