For a man with cardiopulmonary arrest at a construction site in Konan Ward, a construction worker working at the same construction site provided quick and appropriate first aid until the rescue squad arrived, saving precious lives.
We will present a letter of appreciation from the Chief of the Konan Fire Department for that achievement.
