In Kanagawa Prefecture and Yokohama City, with the aim of promoting rugby and improving competitiveness, we will provide junior rugby players from Kanagawa and Fukushima prefectures with the opportunity to watch the Rugby World Cup 2019 TM. In order to verify the effects of watching the game, we will conduct a questionnaire before and after watching the game in cooperation with Yokohama City University.
