Based on the philosophy of the Yokohama City Human Rights Policy Basic Guidelines, for various reasons, sexual minorities and actual marriages who are unable to report marriage due to various circumstances, We start "Yokohama-shi partnership oath system" from Monday, December 2, 2019.
