This time, the `` Fumiaki Okabe 2019 Exhibition '' by Fumiaki Okabe, who continues to draw the clown he met in the circus despite having a cervical vertebra dislocation fracture while practicing rugby, will be held in Yokohama, the place of the Rugby World Cup 2019 final.
