We submitted "on-the-spot investigation report about personal information handling office work" to the mayor from Yokohama-shi personal information protection council chairperson in 2019.

　Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") to prevent recurrence of personal information leakage accidents and to ensure proper handling of personal information. The Third-Party Evaluation Committee on the Protection of Personal Information in Yokohama (hereinafter referred to as the "Third-Party Evaluation Committee") on the Protection of Personal Information of Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as the "Third Party Evaluation Committee"). (Chairperson: Yasuji Kashima) conducts on-site surveys of business sites in Yokohama and summarizes reports.
　In fiscal 2019, we conducted a field survey on personal information handling office work pertaining to community care plaza duties, and today submitted the report from the council to the mayor.
　In the future, the mayor will report to the council the policy of responding to the proposed opinion. In addition, the contents of the report are made known to each workplace and are useful for their respective tasks.
