Following the approach of Typhoon No. 19, "Rugby World Cup 2019TM Fan Zone in Kanagawa / Yokohama" being held in Rinko Park (Seaside Park) and "Yokohama Rugby Festa 2019" being held at Shin-Yokohama Station North Exit Nishihiro Field will be canceled on Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13.
