Yokohama City is the municipality that hosts softball competitions for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, and 11 games including the finals will be held in Yokohama Stadium from July 25 to July 28, 2020.
On Saturday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 19, two events will be held in Yokohama Stadium, the venue for the actual competition, in cooperation with the Japan Softball Association, as an exciting event for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
At the event on Tuesday, November 19, since Yokohama is a pre-campsite for the British national team and a host town in the UK, we invited elementary school studenｔ from Coventry, U.K., who is visiting Japan, through softball, to deepen exchanges with elementary school students in the city.
