Yokohama City is promoting initiatives to create carbon-neutral ports with the aim of realizing decarbonization in ports and harbors.
Since 2017, Yokohama Port has been implementing an incentive system to promote environmentally friendly vessel calls, and as part of the formation of a carbon neutral port, we will establish a new incentive system for LNG-fueled vessels and LNG-bunkering vessels in order to promote the spread and port calls of environmentally friendly LNG.
