Since FY2022, the Yokohama Market Promotion Committee (an organization composed of wholesalers, middle wholesalers, etc.) has been the organizer of the Yokohama City Central Wholesale Market) has been the organizer, and has been holding a variety of food events using market ingredients under the title of "Yokohama Market Outside Marche".
For the 2023 event, we will start accepting pre-consultations for event planning on March 1 (Wednesday). Applications will be accepted after prior consultation will start on April 3 (Monday).
