　Yokohama City supports the solution of management issues by utilizing the side-job and part-time human resources for startups and SMEs.

　In this project, the Yokohama Future Organization, a contracted company, accepts free consultations on the utilization of side jobs and part-time human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises considering new business development that require various skills and resources. We support the clarification of management issues and the preparation of recruitment guidelines.

　This time, as a new initiative, we will start supporting matching support using the side-job matching platform "Skill Shift", and we are looking for companies to use this service.

　Through these efforts, we aim to solve the management issues of city companies considering new business development, etc., and aim to further create innovation by increasing opportunities for interaction with highly skilled human resources.
