　Yokohama City supports the resolution of management issues by utilizing side and part-time workers of startups and small and medium-sized enterprises.

　In this project, the Yokohama Future Organization, a contracted business operator, accepts free consultations on the utilization of side-jobs and part-time workers for small and medium-sized enterprises considering city startups and new business development that require various skills and resources. We support clarification of management issues and creation of recruitment guidelines.

　This time, as a new initiative, we are looking for companies that use this service with the start of matching support utilizing the side job matching platform "Skill Shift".

　Through these initiatives, we aim to solve the management issues of city companies considering new business development, etc., and aim to further create innovation by increasing opportunities for exchange with human resources with high skills.
