[Press Release] Utilizing unused fish in school lunch, Japan's largest elementary school

　The Yokohama City Central Wholesale Market Fish Food Promotion Council, City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat, and Yokohama School Food Education Foundation will collaborate to provide school lunch (standard menu) using unused fish to all 339 schools, including Yokohama Municipal Elementary Schools, from the perspective of promoting fish food, SDGs and eliminating food loss.
　At the same time, we will conduct learning about the importance of fish food and the current state of fisheries using videos.
