[About labor force, wage increase, and reskilling of city companies]
・More than 50% of the companies responded that the current situation of excess or deficiency in the labor force.
　In a few years (about 3 to 5 years), the shortage is expected to be less than 70%, and the sense of labor shortage will increase further.
・More than 70% of the total number of companies (including planned) increased wages during this fiscal year.
・About 70% of companies are interested in reskilling (re-learning) of employees.
　Of these, more than 20% of the companies answered that they are working (including plans).
