For small and medium-sized enterprises in the city affected by the partial suspension of Hino Motors, the Economic Affairs Bureau Finance Division, the Yokohama Corporate Management Support Foundation (IDEC Yokohama) and the Yokohama City Credit Guarantee Association for small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the partial suspension of Hino Motors' production.
