Yokohama City supports businesses working on diverse and flexible working styles. Yokohama City and the Yokohama Corporate Management Support Foundation will hold a seminar to support the balance between work and childcare and nursing care for business managers and personnel in charge of personnel and labor. In addition to the points of the revision of the Childcare and Nursing Care Leave Law, we will talk about how to use the childcare leave return support plan and nursing care support plan, including male childcare leave and examples of balancing work and nursing care.
