Kickoff of the 4th United States San Diego "CONNECT" acceleration program

Since 2019, the City of Yokohama and the Kihara Memorial Yokohama Life Science Foundation have been collaborating with CONNECT, an entrepreneur support organization in San Diego, USA, to develop and support small and medium-sized startups in the life sciences field. Four companies participating in the 4th program have been decided.
In the future, participating companies will hone their business skills through practical mentoring by San Diego entrepreneurs and professional mentors so that they can make a highly appealing pitch that will lead to funding for their products and services, and after completing the program, they will report their results on Demo Day (online) to venture capital and related companies in the United States.
Through this initiative, Yokohama City will promote support for small and medium-sized startups toward the realization of "Innovation City Yokohama".
