A person who satisfies all of the following conditions.
1.Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2.In the Reiwamoto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the event is "345 office work / business consignment" (rank is "2nd place") and "B: Training" A person who has registered "work" or the event is "350 other consignments" (rank is "2nd place") and is approved to be registered.
3.On any day from bid participation intention application deadline to bid date, nomination suspension measures based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension are not received.
4.A track record of stress checks and group analysis work using paper questionnaires (within the past 3 years).
5.Have a person (doctor, public health nurse, etc.) prescribed in Article 52-10, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
6.Obtain the privacy mark granted by the Japan Information Economy and Social Promotion Association. Or an equivalent response has been made.
