４．Have a track record of stress check and group analysis work using paper questionnaires (within the past three years).
５．Have a person (doctor, public health nurse, etc.) prescribed in Article 52-10, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
６．Obtain the privacy mark granted by the Japan Information Economy and Social Promotion Association. Alternatively, the same response has been made.
