1 Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 The scale and location division must be "small and medium-sized enterprises" and "city" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in 2003.4.
The third event must be a person who has been registered in "Various survey projects" (rank first) and the details must be registered in "A: Market / Public Opinion Poll" and "B: Consulting".
4 On any day from bid participation intention application deadline to bid date, person who has not received nomination suspension measures based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension.
5 From April 1, 2018 to January 31, 2022, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, prefectures, and government-designated cities have a track record of formulating plans for children and education fields.

7. Allocate a person in charge who is qualified as a professional social researcher or professional statistical researcher.
