Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 The scale and location classification must be "small and medium-sized enterprises" and "city" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4.
The third event must be registered in "Various Survey Planning" (ranking 1st place) and the details must be registered in "A: Market / Public Opinion Survey" and "B: Consulting".
Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between the bid participation intention application deadline and the bidding date.
5 Between April 1, 2018 and January 31, 2022, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, prefectures, or government-designated cities must have a track record of contracting plans for children and education.
6 From April 1, 2018 to January 31, 2022, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, prefectures, or government-designated cities must have a track record of EBPM.
7. A person who is qualified as a professional social researcher or a professional statistical researcher shall be assigned to the person in charge.
