１．Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
２．Reiwa Moto, 2 must satisfy all of the following 1-2 in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.).
①About registration event "computer business"
Details "A: Software development / Renovation", "D: Data Input", "E: Computer input / output / printing processing" must be registered, and the registered item must be "2nd place" or higher.
②For the registered event "computer type", the registered event ranking must be "5th" or higher.
３．Have obtained the Privacy Mark or ISMS certification granted by the Japan Information Economy and Society Promotion Association.
４．Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between the bid participation intention application deadline and the bidding date.
５．A person who has a track record of handling such work or about 100,000 educational data of the same type.
