(2)Companies registered in "Other consignments: sterilization" in the list of qualified persons in Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding in Reiwamoto / 2nd year (related to goods, consignment, etc.).
(3)In accordance with the instructions of the school, the specified type and quantity of equipment must be delivered by the day before the health check-up implementation date. In addition, if health check-up equipment is urgently needed on the day of health check-up implementation, additional delivery and other measures should be possible in principle.
(4)Sterile disinfection is possible at the trustee's own facility.
(5)Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the bid participation intention application deadline to the bid date.
