Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Reiwa Moto, 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), "Small A software development / renovation" and "Small B System Operation / Monitoring" of "Computer Business" Being a registered item.
(3)Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline, such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension on any day between January 22, 2021 and the date of opening the bill.
(4)The Company must have obtained the Privacy Mark or ISO 27001 certification as of January 22, 2021.
(5)Operational work has been entrusted to a public institution network of 500 or more connected bases, 50,000 or more users, and 20 or more servers (including virtual servers), and it is easy to respond to this operation work.
(6)There must be multiple network technicians with public qualifications and have a system that can respond to problems on the same day when problems occur.
(7)The company or a partner company must have a track record of contracting security threats for targeted attack countermeasures devices operating on the Yokohama City Educational Information Network.
(8)Have been entrusted with the operation of CMS operating on the Yokohama Educational Information Network.
