In carrying out this work, the following conditions will be set as eligibility.
Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 In the Reiwa 3.4, Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), among "Small and medium-sized enterprises" whose location classification is "city", "319 event planning operation" and "B event management etc." in the first place.
Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day between the bid participation intention application deadline to the bidding date.
Being a person who has any of the following achievements.
(1) Operation and implementation of events that use the main arena of Yokohama Arena
(2) Operation and implementation of events with approximately 10,000 visitors (per day)
(3) Operation and implementation of events to celebrate "Adult Day" hosted by other municipalities with approximately 3,000 or more visitors
