A person who intends to participate in a bid must be a single company or a consortium composed of multiple companies, meet all of the following conditions, and receive confirmation that they are eligible for bid participation .
(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has been registered in "Waste Disposal" in the Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.).
(3) Person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from January 28, Reiwa 3 (2021) to bid opening date.
(4) A person who has a track record of such work or equivalent work.
(5) Permission for the general waste collection and transportation business according to the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law (Law No. 137 of 1970) required for the performance of the business (if the place where the processing work is performed is in Yokohama City, the person who has the permission of Yokohama City and the municipal office to which the place belongs).
(6) Permission for general waste disposal business and general waste disposal facilities according to the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law (Act No. 137 of 1970) required for the performance of the business (permission of the municipality to which the execution place belongs) Being a person.
(7) If you participate in a joint venture, it must be a voluntary organization and have concluded an agreement between the companies.
(8) When participating in a joint venture, a representative company shall be established. In this case, the executing person of the processing business shall be the representative company.
(9) When participating in a consortium, the implementer of the processing work falls under No. 1 to No. 4 and No. 6, and the implementer of the collection and transportation work falls under No. 1 to No. 5 .
