A person who intends to participate in the bidding must be a single company or a consortium consisting of multiple companies, must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.
(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has been registered in "Waste Disposal" in the Reiwa original / 2 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.).
(3) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between January 28, 2021 and the date of opening the bill.
(4) A person who has a track record of such work or equivalent work.
(5) Permission for general waste collection and transportation business under the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law (Act No. 137 of 1970) required for the fulfillment of the business (if the place where the processing work is located in Yokohama City, Yokohama City) Must be a person who has a permit, a person who has the permission of Yokohama City and the municipality to which the place belongs).
(6) Permission for general waste disposal business and general waste treatment facilities according to the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law (Act No. 137 of 1970) necessary for the performance of this business (permission of the municipality to which the performance place belongs) Being a person who has.
(7) When participating in a joint venture, it must be a voluntary organization and an agreement must be signed between companies.

(9) When participating in a consortium, the performer of the processing work falls under No. 1 to No. 4 and No. 6, and the performer of the collection and transportation business falls under No. 1 to 5 thing.
