(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has been registered in "Detailed A Software Development / Renovation" of "Computer Services" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4 .
(3) Person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from October 21, 2021 to bid opening date.
(4) A person who has a track record of designing and developing library systems in public libraries within the past 10 years.
