Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Reiwa Moto, 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in the business type "015: Computers" or "316: Computer Business" "Z: Others" or "350: Other consignment".
(3)Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, on any day between the bid participation intention application deadline and bidding date.
(4)Within the last five years, one of the municipalities must have at least one business operation record of dispatching ICT support staff or similar work. In addition, business operation by subcontracting from the business operator is also acceptable.
