A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:
Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 In the Reiwa 3/4 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the location classification is "city", the scale classification is "small and others", "Event: 350: Others" must be registered in "consignment".

5 Persons with qualifications or work experience in learning support for elementary school studenｔ students must be assigned to schools or free schools.

7 Must have a track record of the relevant business or similar business.

Hearings on the proposal will be held from late February to early March, Reiwa 4. Details such as date and time will be announced separately.

B) The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed.
