A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:
Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 In the Reiwa 3/4 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the location classification is "city", the scale classification is "small and others", "Event: 350: Others" must be registered in "consignment".
Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension measure based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day between the proposal participation intention proposal deadline and the specific date of the contract candidate.
4. Provide support to elementary school student students in truancy for social independence.
5 Persons with qualifications or work experience in learning support for elementary school student students must be assigned to schools or free schools.

Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission
Oh, we confirm proposal qualification of applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and notify the proposal qualification confirmation result by email by Tuesday, January 25, 2022 regardless of qualification. If we are able to confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
B) The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed.
