Other Conditions
A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:
1 Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in 2 Reiwa 3.4, the location category is "city", the scale category is "small and medium", "event: 350: Other Consignment, etc. ".
3 Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the proposal participation intention application deadline to the specific date of the contract candidate.
4 Provide support to elementary school student truancy students for social independence.
5 Those who have qualifications or work experience regarding learning support for elementary school student students must be assigned at schools or free schools.
6. Being able to build a support system (advice, etc.) by psychology and welfare professionals.
7 Must have a track record of the relevant business or similar business.

Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
Oh, we confirm proposal qualification of applicant who intends to participate in this proposal and notify by e-mail of proposal qualification confirmation result by Tuesday, January 25, 2022 regardless of qualification. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
B. The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. In addition, please submit the document to the Human Rights Education and elementary school student Student Section of the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat by 17:00, five days after the closing date of the city hall.
When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day of day when Motoichi received document.
