Completion inspection in the greening area system

In the completion inspection of construction that is subject to the greening area system, we will check whether a greening facility is installed on site according to the “Greening Facility Conformity Certificate Notice (including attached documents)”.
If there is a change in the greening facility, please go to the necessary/required procedures before applying for the completion inspection.
Please note that you will not be able to issue an inspection certificate if the greening facility according to the greening facility conformity certificate notification has not been completed.

(1) Documents to be submitted at the time of application for completion inspection
・Greening facility check sheet (word: 103KB) (word: 17KB)
(2) Changes before application for completion inspection
If the contents of the greening facility conformity certificate notice (including attached documents) are different from the local situation, an inspection certificate cannot be issued. Please apply for the change before applying for the completion inspection.
Please submit "Notification of cancellation about proof of greening rate" and "Greening rate conformity proof (change) application" reflecting change contents, and please receive grant of new greening facility conformity proof letter of advice.

In addition, please attach new tree planting facility conformity proof letter of advice to building confirmation application.
(3) Changes after the issuance of a building confirmation certificate
(2)In the same way, please receive a new greening facility conformity certificate letter reflecting the changes.
After receiving the new greening facility conformity certificate letter of advice, please report minor changes to the building supervisor and the designated confirmation inspection organization. （※）
※ Change of greening facility without change of construction is minor change.
