Completion inspection in the greening area system

In the completion inspection of construction that is subject to the greening area system, we inspect whether greening facilities are installed on site according to the “Greeting Facility Conformity Certification Notice (including attached documents)”.
If there is a change in the greening facility, please do necessary/required procedures before applying for completion inspection.
Please note that you will not be able to issue an inspection certificate if the greening facility according to the greening facility conformity certificate notice has not been completed.

If the contents of the greening facility conformity certification notice (including attached documents) differs from the local situation, a certificate of inspection cannot be issued.
We submit "report of cancellation (the 24th style) about proof of tree planting rate" and "greening rate conformity certification application (the 21st style)" reflecting change contents and issue new tree planting facility conformity certificate letter of advice Please receive.

In addition, please attach new tree planting facility conformity proof letter of advice to building confirmation application.

(2)In the same way, please receive a new greening facility conformity certification notice that reflects the changes.
After receiving the new greening facility conformity certification letter of advice, please report the minor change to the building manager and the designated confirmation inspection organization. （※）
※　Changes in tree planting facilities without a change in building will be minor changes.
