Inspection of sick houses

At the time of intermediate inspection and completion inspection, we will check the building materials and ventilation equipment related to sick houses by the following method.

• Check sheet (report based on Article 12, Paragraph 5 of the Building Standards Act (construction supervision and construction status))
  A4 sick house item on the back of A4 Please check for conformity, nonconformity, and unconstruction.
• Visual inspection by on-site inspectors
  At the time of inspection, confirmation is performed by the grade indication of the material.
  You may be asked to submit materials for parts that cannot be visually confirmed at the site.
• Report on ventilation equipment equipment (report based on Article 12, Paragraph 5 of the Act)
  You may be required to submit materials such as if the model has not been determined at the time of confirmation or if there is a model change.
  Documents to be submitted: Materials for ventilation equipment (catalogs, etc.) that can secure the number of ventilations in the design

Other precautions

• If you do not use chlorpyrifos, check "Conformity" on the check sheet.
• If there are fittings in the ventilation path, it is necessary to install an undercut (about 1 cm) or a galli.
• When you change building material or ventilation equipment and use, please perform plan change procedure beforehand.

• Certified buildings and temporary buildings are also eligible for sick houses.
• With the revision of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations (May 1, 2011), photo reports are no longer required.
