If you feel the tiredness of childcare or the stress of childcare that you are unfamiliar with.
Postpartum mothers can be irritated, have severe palpitations, become anxious, and feel depressed. It is caused by changes in the inside of the body, such as hormones after childbirth, and tiredness of unfamiliar childcare. Such "postpartum depression" is a disease that affects 10% to 15% of postpartum mothers, and it is said that if treated by an expert, it will improve in an average of 2-3 months. . Even if you feel such a change in your mother's mind or body, you tend to be chased by childcare and postpone the response. If you think that you may have postpartum depression, don't hesitate to consult your doctor, public health nurse, or midwife.
Talk to someone about their depressed feelings due to the stress of childcare, and ask other mothers about their childcare concerns. That way, you may be able to review your childcare and enjoy childcare. At Minami Ward Health and Welfare Center, we hold individual consultations by counselors and a group of moms who are worried about raising children. Specifically, please refer to "child home support consultation".
